Those searching for a Jeep® SUV for sale might have viewed our wide selection of vehicles currently available at Van Horn Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Stoughton. However, what you probably didn’t know is that for 2020, a PHEV (plug-in hybrid vehicle) will be joining the lineup!

As Jeep dealers, we were thrilled when we learned about the upcoming Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, which will have an engine that charges conveniently at home. Not only will it have that stunning signature Jeep style, but it will introduce something entirely new to our selection – a hybrid option for off-roading.

This model has been recently spotted in the testing stages by Mopar Insiders, and we have a feeling our customers are going to like what they see. This new plug-in hybrid is just one of many exciting engine options coming for the 2020 Jeep Wrangler. It will have the same interior and exterior style and space that we love, but a much smaller carbon footprint for the future of our planet.

The new model, currently in the works at the Toledo plant, is expected to be ready late this year and will probably launch in January of 2020. While it was camouflaged and for the most parts kept under wraps, there are a few things we learned about the upcoming vehicle. It will be available in all and four-wheel-drive, and it’s predicted to have a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine.

Come see us in Stoughton, WI to chat more about upcoming new vehicle technology. We love to geek out over automotive advancements, and can’t wait to help you find the one that makes your heart sing.
